Well lets see... I don't have much time left tonight (I've had mimimal computer time lately.. damn intertnets not working right!) Anywho! Contact lenses need to be kept in a contact lense solution when not worn. This solution should be replaced once a month, and when you replace the solution you should wash your contacts. If your like me and you dont' haev fance contact cleaner crap just use the solution.
Put the contact in the palm of your hand and pour some solution on to it, then gently rub the contact, flip it over and repeat. Clean the inside part that will touch your eyes twice (to make sure it's clean) this prevents irritation to the eyes. Oh and make sure your hands are clean when doing this.
Though not the bets method in the world this is how I clean my contacts and it works. I didn't clean them before, and as a result I couldn't wear them for long because they bugged the crap out of my eyes, and replacing the solution once in a while won't do squat. After cleaning them monthy I can wear them all day with no problems. So yea... thats a few tips for now!

Eh just bit of an update. When wearing contacts besure to keep them moist! This is very very important!!! Carry around eye drops and use them when ever your eyes feel dry!
Today I wore my contacts to school, and I had drops (thankfully). Sadly I had gone to add them in a bit to late, and when I rubbed my eye (to relax irritation) my contact got stuck. Yup yup, it rolled up. When I opened my eye it was gone. Thankfully it was only caught on the underside of my upper eye lid. This does happen when you wear contacts and they get dry.
If it happens don't panic, simply close the eye and massage the upper lid in a downward motion. While focusing on looking down (looking upwill keep it up there). Now to get it unstuck I pulled my eye lid from my eye and had to pull the contact down.
It did scare the crap out of me, but I kept my cool. Though I didn't have much of a choice.. it was in the middle of my honors Calculus class DX. All is good though I removed it successfully. And this was partly my own fault. I shouldn't have rubbed my eye while the contact was dry.
This doesn't happen frequently, but it does in fact happen. Don't let it scare you out of wearing contacts, I'm still going to get more... and wear them. lol!

XD Ooh- And also, there's a type of chemical that bonds contacts to your eye and it literally is stuck to your eye while it's eating away at it, o.O"
Learned that in Science... <<
